ELOQ is a professional career preparation tool built by Think Growth Labs. We take your privacy seriously. Everything you share in ELOQ is private — only you can see it. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than providing the ELOQ service to you.
What we collect
- ·Account information — your name and email address, provided via Google sign-in.
- ·Career content you create — professional stories, career history, job descriptions you paste, and evaluation results generated by ELOQ.
- ·Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the app, used only to improve the product.
How we use your data
- ·To provide and improve the ELOQ service.
- ·To generate AI-powered career intelligence using your career content (processed via OpenAI's API).
- ·To authenticate your identity securely via Google OAuth.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security — meaning your data is isolated and only accessible by you. Career content you create is never visible to other users.
AI processing is handled by OpenAI. Content you submit for evaluation or synthesis is sent to OpenAI's API for processing and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Your rights
You have full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all career content you have created in ELOQ.

ELOQ uses cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you signed in securely. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of ELOQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
